Our story

For nearly 10 years, we worked with used generators: repairing, buying and selling them. Machines of every make and age went through our hands: some were still running after years of service, others quit at the first deep freeze. We learned what breaks, what lasts and what really matters when the power goes out.

   Nearly 10 years in used equipment

   Repairing means seeing breakdowns up close: a hard start in extreme cold, a missed service, a part nobody can find, a controller nobody knows how to read. We opened alternators, redid wiring and brought back generators that others had given up on. Every repair taught us the same thing: a breakdown often starts with a machine that is too complicated or poorly maintained.

   The shift

   Moving to new equipment

   Buying and reselling taught us to recognize a well-built machine, and the one that will cost a lot later. With that expertise, we turned to new equipment, with clear choices: simple to understand, easy to maintain, with genuine parts that are easy to order. That is why we chose the Perkins engine, the genuine Stamford alternator and the Deep Sea controller: components that mechanics know and that are easy to find.

   In the field with you

   Every generator is load bank tested and ready to work from day one, all the way to exploration camps in the Far North. We start from your real needs, we give you a clear price and we stay with you after the sale. We show your mechanics how to operate and maintain it, and our technical support gives you the right Perkins part number when you need it.

We wanted to offer the generators we would have liked to find.

Our experience with used equipment still guides every piece of advice we give. When a customer calls us, we think about the generator they will have in 10 or 20 years: easy to maintain, with parts available and people who know it. That is what we would have liked to find back then, and that is what we offer today, in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick.
