What information may we receive?
The website includes a contact form, but no customer accounts or online payments. If you complete the form, email us or call us, we may receive your name, email address, other contact details and the information you choose to provide about your project or installation. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
The hosting service may process technical visit data, such as IP address, connection time and pages requested, to operate and protect the website. Google Analytics and Meta integrations depend on your cookie choices described below. This public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may use technical cookies necessary for operation and security. If automated submission checks are enabled, their provider may receive technical data needed for those checks.
Why do we use this information?
We store contact form enquiries in a database to answer your questions, prepare a quote and follow up on your request. Your email does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not constitute consent to receive promotional messages. Phone and email communications also help manage any resulting business relationship. Technical data supports the website's operation and security. You may choose to contact us by phone instead of email; without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.
Who may receive this information?
Solution NRJ staff handling enquiries may access relevant information. Depending on the service used, our email and hosting providers may also process information necessary to provide their services. Form enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend receives the name, email and message to send a notification to our team, which receives it in its iCloud mailbox. Disclosure may also be necessary to carry out a project with a relevant service provider, or be required by law. Some providers may process data outside Quebec.
The Facebook and Google icons link to other services. Their own privacy policies apply when you follow those links.
How long is information kept and how is it protected?
Information is kept as long as needed to respond to the enquiry, follow up on the file and meet applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized as appropriate. We aim to limit access to those who need it and protect information against unauthorized access. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
What are your rights?
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate information. You may also ask questions, withdraw consent where applicable or make a complaint about our practices. Write to solutionnrj@icloud.com with details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Cookies and visit measurement
With your consent and when the services are activated, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful contact requests; the Meta pixel measures visits and advertising conversions. These providers may receive technical information, including IP address, browser characteristics, pages visited and cookie identifiers, and process this data outside Quebec. Our tracking code does not send your form message, name or email address to these tools.
Statistics and Advertising are off by default. You may accept all, reject all or customize your choices without losing access to the website. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page to withdraw consent. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days; provider cookies may have different lifetimes. Cookies necessary for security and operation do not depend on this choice. Withdrawal stops future collection through our integration but does not erase data already received by providers.

This policy may change as the website's features or our practices change. The update date will be adjusted and changes communicated as required. We review this policy when the services used or the processing of information changes.
