For mobile spray foam insulation rigs and trailers
Spray foam insulation contractors install their generator in their work truck or trailer. These open Yanmar generators are made for that:
- Open, compact model, easy to fit into the rig
- 120/240 V single phase for the rig’s electrical equipment: spray machine, heated hoses, compressor
- Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel engine, built for long work days
- Engine block heater included for cold-weather starts

Spray foam, spray polyurethane foam (SPF), spray foam insulation: it is all the same insulation, and the mobile unit is called a spray foam rig or spray foam trailer. In Quebec, contractors call it uréthane, uréthane giclé or mousse de polyuréthane giclée.

Why a Tier 4 Final engine?
Tier 4 Final is the most recent EPA emission standard for diesel engines. The engine emits far less particulate matter and nitrogen oxides than a Tier 3 engine. The Yanmar engine, with common-rail direct injection and an electronic governor, also meets the European Stage V standard. It is a good choice when your project calls for the latest equipment.
